1/4 ounce of cherry liqueur

1/4 ounce of honey liquor

2 dashes of Angostura bitters

A handful of fresh mint leaves

1 cocktail cherry

Preparation

Place the mint leaves and the booze into a mixing glass and muddle, leave to sit for a while if you have some time, otherwise just muddle well

Add the Ice

Stir until it slightly chilled

Strain the mixture into an old fashioned glass with a big ice cube and garnish with mint leaves and add the cherry.
