THE COFFNANA

OK, I know, it’s a pretty shit name but it’s what I came up with on the day so I am sticking with it.

INGREDIENTS

1 shot banana rum

1 shot coffee liquor

1 shot cold brew coffee

1 dash of chocolate bitters (optional)

1 wheel Dehydrated Lemon (optional)

Preparation

Pour all ingredients (apart from the lemon) into your mixing glass full of ice and stir for about 10-15 seconds and strain into an old fashioned glass with ice.

I added the dehydrated lemon to this one for a citrus kick and I also sometimes add a few dashes of chocolate bitters into the mixture.

WHY

I foolishly ordered some banana rum online because I really like the taste of banana and i needed to get the order up to $100 so i could get free shipping (yes I am very aware of false economies).

This one came out of Chat GPT3.5 when I asked it for a cocktail with coffee and banana rum. It couldn’t find one so I asked it to create one for me. I didn’t save the prompts but I promise I will next time!
